MLS Property Subtypes:

> Short Sale/NOD=Yes|No - A listing that is being sold for less than the amount owed or that has had a notice of default recorded on the property.

> REO/BO=Yes|No - A listing that is Real Estate Owned or Bank Owned (A listing that has completed the foreclosure process).
> RELO=Yes|No - A listing that is owned by a Relocation Company and is being resold.
> HOA=Yes|No - A listing that is located in a Home Owners Association (usually required monthly or annual association dues).
> Common Interest=Yes|No - A listing located in a common interest development ("CID") where owners share property and/or expenses in common.
> CC&Rs=Yes|No - A listing that has Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's) recorded on the property.
> Owner/Agent=Yes|No - A listing where the listing agent is a principal owner of the property.
